Take photos and videos directly on the construction site and categorise them with a single tap on the screen. buildagil takes care of the orderly filing of the media, including the assignment of location and weather information. You also have an overview of the status of all journal entries and defects at all times – you can add them to the agenda in a construction meeting and take appropriate measures.
Construction controls/inspections

Prepare your building and factory inspections in a structured manner using the flexible protocol design and the integration of instructions, plans and model views. Carry out the inspections on site and add photos, tasks, defects and comments. Then send the protocol and have it digitally signed by all participants – for complete and traceable documentation.
BIM/mixed reality
Model-based collaboration in planning and execution.
You can access IFC models and point clouds from anywhere, navigate effortlessly in models using the floor plan navigation and save the desired views for use at a meeting or the construction site. BCF issues and journal entries are created just as quickly as the processing of BCF issues outside of buildagil. And all of this is also possible with mixed reality (virtual and augmented reality).
Integrations
buildagil can be effortlessly connected and used with a wide variety of systems, making your daily work easier and preventing errors in the project.
For example, you can edit PDFs and other documents directly online or in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project or OneNote without having to download or upload them. Or you can connect buildagil with OneDrive to edit files offline and with any program.
buildagil can also be used directly in Sharepoint, Teams or Outlook.
To optimise your BIM processes, you can use IFC models and/or BCF issues in real time in Solibri, Revizto, Trimble, Vrex, Hegias and big, among others, and don’t have to bother with exports and imports.
In addition, buildagil has the buildingSMART openCDE API (BCF API and Documents API). Using this interface, tasks, documents and other information can be exchanged between buildagil and third-party systems in an automated and standardised manner.
You can create your own dashboards and overviews using the Excel and PowerBI connector.
